Plus, they\u2019re perfect for combining cardio and strength without risking injury as I am dealing with an aftermath body injury that it seems is here to stay. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading\"><strong>What I Love About This Routine<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">It\u2019s low impact but effective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">I can do it while watching a show or listening to a podcast [ In this case I follow my MadFit girly ]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">I feel stronger and more energized without feeling drained.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">My form has improved since the weights are light enough to stay controlled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips If You\u2019re Trying This Workout at Home<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Don\u2019t underestimate light weights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Add music or a timer to stay motivated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Focus on posture and breath, it makes a difference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Even 15 minutes is better than nothing.
